He has held key roles at Shire, where he was the Vice President and General Manager of Vyvanse and Intuniv, and most recently served as Chief Commercial Officer at Neos Therapeutics. Tom possesses deep commercial experience in sales, marketing, and market access.
Joe has more than 25 years of marketing and consulting experience for companies such as AbbVie, bioStrategies Group, Capgemini, and IQVIA, where he led practices in digital transformation and launch excellence. Joe brings a groundbreaking approach to product launches, using innovative go-to-market omnichannel strategies. Joe began his marketing career launching blockbuster products in oncology, cardiovascular disease, and GI for AbbVie (formerly Abbott PPD). Over the last 15 years, he has focused primarily on launching products in rare diseases. Most recently, Joe was VP of Marketing for precision medicine pioneer QIAGEN.
An entrepreneur and executive with experience in B2B and B2C marketing, brand positioning, and product launch management, Thad has specialized in industries operating in heavily regulated environments and managed hundreds of large-scale marketing initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry. In 2016 he was named one of the ELITE 100 in the Entrepreneur category by PM360 magazine, an honor given to the 100 most influential people in the healthcare industry. An avid sailor and outdoorsman, Thad is a founding member of The National Sailing Hall of Fame.
Prior to joining the team as Associate Consultant, Anna was a product manager at Neos Therapeutics, where she was responsible for a portfolio of ADHD products, managed consumer marketing, and coordinated the promotional review committee. Previously, she served as project manager at Parsons Medical Communications, where she consulted for key clients in ophthalmology and optometry.
